Lohika is looking for Technical Writer to work on a full time basis in Lviv office.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 year work experience as a software technical writer.
- Experience in planning and implementing complex technical documentation suites.
- Thorough knowledge of technical writing, including both documentation and online help.
- Experience documenting enterprise level software products.
- Advanced written and spoken English.
- Experience with enterprise level applications.

Responsibilities:
- Plan information sets (manuals, online help, web-based, etc.), avoiding duplication of content and ensuring technical accuracy.
- Work in close liaison with the product development team as well as interact with other related teams including Marketing, QA, and Support.
- Work with subject matter experts to obtain needed information and access to the products and convey the obtained information in a concise and comprehensible way to the target audience.
- Use typical industry publishing and development tools to write in clear and concise language, such technical documents as procedure manuals, reference manuals, developer guides, and related technical publications concerned with installation, configuration, and use of enterprise application software.
- Plan, schedule, and assess the scope of documentation projects.
- Develop and write quality technical documentation according to plan and adhering to standards, style, and templates.
